Jesus' last instruction to his followers was that we should take his Good News to all the world,
beginning right where we live. We take this "Great Commission" seriously at Real Life.
Locally, we share the Good News through servant evangelism, community projects, and special
events like our Family Fun Nights, our Harford Fall Fest, and our Easter Egg Hunt. We also share
the love of Christ with those in need by partnering with agencies such as FCCAU, Harford Family
House, and the emergency Food Pantry.
Globally, we support missionaries who are sharing the hope of Christ around the world, sponsor
children from many different countries, and partner with other Christian agencies such as
Samaritan's Purse and Gospel for Asia through whom we show the love of Jesus in very practical
ways such as providing wells, building hospitals and schools, and giving relief to regions in crisis.
The last Sunday of each month is our Missions Emphasis Sunday when we will highlight a specific
missionary or child we support, and share their personal stories. Our children's ministries write
letters and draw pictures to send to the missionaries.
