Lead Pastor
After serving as a staff pastor
for 5 years and being ordained
by the Assemblies of God, Jeff
and his wife Beth felt God
calling them to plant a new
church in Harford County in
2005.
Jeff and Beth have three
children, Brianna, Nathanael,
and Benjamin.
Jesse Happel
Associate Pastor
Jesse taught at a Christian school
for 10 years, before God called
him to a pastoral staff position
working with children and youth.
Jesse later joined the staff of
Real Life in 2010 where he
oversees Youth & Young adult
ministries. Jesse and his wife
Kiley have 2 children, Declan and
Adelyn.
Debbie Shultz
Children's Coordinator
Debbie has a long history of
working with children, including
teaching Sunday School, leading
VBS, and directing children's
choirs. Her past experience
uniquely qualifies her to fill the
role as our Children's
Coordinator. She and her
husband Tom have two
daughters, Melissa and
Amanda.
