Welcome to Explosion Youth Ministries, the student ministries of Real Life Community Church! Our purpose is to unleash the God-given potential that resides inside every teen so that they can impact their world for Jesus Christ. At Real Life, we have three main outcome-based goals for our youth. We seek to: 1. IGNITE THE HEART by investing in the spiritual depth of the teens in a fun, exciting environment 2. UNLEASH THE POTENTIAL by helping teens discover and use their gifts and talents to serve God 3. IMPACT THE WORLD by reaching out to unchurched teens in our community We accomplish these goals in a variety of settings and formats. Sunday mornings are study environments broken down by age. There is a pre-service (9:10 to 9:55 am) High School study, and a Middle School class that meets during the main service time following the praise & worship (10:30 to 11:30 am). Our regular youth group meetings (6th-12th grades)are held on Friday evenings from 7-9 pm. We meet together for games & fellowship, followed by corporate worship and a message in a large group environment. Then, we split by gender and age into small groups, where we discuss the topic of the evening and simply life in general in a relational environment led by 2 adult small group leaders per group.
